What is your exchange, return and refund policy?

All orders placed can be viewed in the customer's personal area on the store.

Before being shipped, the products are passed through quality control and shipped only if free from defects, perfectly functioning and complete with boxes, instructions, manuals and guarantees (paper or digital), except for some exceptions clearly written on our portal.

A battery check is carried out on all products put on sale: if you should accidentally find a product discharged, please check the condition of the batteries before requesting the right to return.

For any anomaly on the products, please notify us within 8 days of receiving the goods (starting from the delivery date) using the specific function in the personal area or alternatively by email to support@madeldeal.com providing all the product references and an attached photo of the goods to be replaced.

After 8 days it will no longer be possible to request a replacement of the product.
